The cemetery is located in what was Randolph Township, north of Englewood, Ohio. Coordinates are SW 1/4 Sec 9,T5, R5E, North side of road, 800' east of Martindale Road. The area surrounding the cemetery is now a housing project and efforts have been made to preserve what remains. The cemetery was the old Warner Family Cemetery, but later publications refer to it as the Herr Cemetery.
